The first step is to find a layout that matches how you want your quote laid out—do you want two lines, three lines , with a clip art, etc… We have many text layout designs as well as layouts in our typesetting section for longer quotes. Current Dealers can find their layouts on TransferExpress.com and customize it online. Don’t forget you can try different letter styles. If you new to Transfer Express, just give us a call we can place your first order over the phone! Just let us know how many custom printed transfers you need, the ink color, and the size. If you order by 11 am EST, your one color custom quote design will ship the same day!

Jumbo Custom Transfer
With the oversized prints popularity booming in the retail stores, your customers will love the new “Jumbo” custom transfers. These prints can be up to the maximum size of 13” x 15”, filling the front or back of a shirt.
You can use Easy Prints® to create a design and “supersize” it, or send artwork at the jumbo specifications. To send artwork just visit www.TransferExpress.com and click “Send us your artwork” and we will give you a call once received. Dealers, if you prefer to use an Easy Prints® layout and order online (just enter “jumbo size” in the notes) or if you are new to Transfer Express, call us at 1-800-622-2280.
Jumbo prints cost just 20% more than the regular “Maximum” size 11.25″ x 14″ transfers.

Sending artwork for custom transfers is easy at www.TransferExpress.com.
If you just need a quote, want us to see the artwork so we can discuss, or you’re ready to place a custom transfer order, the “artwork sending” process is the same for all.
- Visit www.TransferExpress.com
- Click “Send us your artwork” tab at the top of the home page.
- If you are already a Transfer Express Dealer, login by entering your Dealer ID and password.
- If you have not ordered from us before, click “New to Transfer Express” door and create a temporary login. A password will be sent to you to use to login.
- Once logged in, click “Upload file” in the top left corner of the page.
- Fill out the form questions as best you can—this is not ordering, we are just gathering information so we are better able to assist you.
- Locate the artwork on your computer, and attach where noted and send it.
- We will give you a call once your artwork has been received.
Our Dealer Service Team will call you to discuss or quote your custom art within an hour or two of the time the file has been sent during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 am-7:00 pm EST) Artwork files for custom screen printed or digital transfers can be sent during non-business hours and will be called on when we open.

Apply Custom Transfers on Mouse Pads

Got extra custom transfers left over from your recent order?
You can get extra back to school sales by offering mouse pads to your customers. Use your extra screen printed transfers and digital transfers to create a mouse pad to add to the sale or even to give as a thank you gift for the person picking up the order. Everyone is getting new school supplies for the start of the new year and will appreciate this useful ad specialty item.
Blank printable mouse pads are inexpensive (about $1.00 each) and can be purchased through a variety of online sources. Both screen printed and digital transfers can be applied to mousepads using the directions for the transfer supplied with the order. The mouse pads are coated with polyester allowing for easy application.
To Apply:
Place the mouse pad on your heat press platen, position your transfer and press.
How to Decorate Soccer Uniforms

Soccer teams will now be ordering for the fall season. We have hundreds of soccer designs your teams can choose from as well as the products to apply to these uniforms. Soccer uniforms are typically 100% polyester. All Transfer Express products will apply to this fabric. If they are labeled “dazzle polyester”, that is just a finish and will not effect the transfer application. One thing to watch for is “sublimated” 100% polyester. These still can be decorated with our Polytrans screen printed transfers, but you will need to order at least a 2 color print, with the dark color as the outline/background color to block the sublimated dye. For example, if you are using white ink on a red sublimated shirt, we recommend ordering white with a black outline.
Our digitally printed Cad-Printz™ are also great for soccer uniforms especially heart size crests that can be applied to almost any uniform. Cad-Printz ™ are full color so your teams can really stand out at a low cost this season.
