For example, the local school wants shirts for their booster club spirit wear sale and they want the exact same design on a 15 navy shirts as on a 20 gold shirts. By utilizing the color change you’d receive the 35 piece price break with a $15 color change fee. Choose the gold ink color to be heat applied to navy shirts and navy ink color to be applied to gold shirts. 

This color change feature can also be applied to multi-color transfers. With 50 transfers in red and white and 50 transfers in red and black, they can be heat pressed onto black and white shirts while still getting the 100 piece price break with the color change fee. Just remember the designs must be exact and whatever was white will be black.

School Uniforms

Fall is the perfect time to add schools to your t shirt printing business.  And using custom transfers can make it very profitable.   The biggest order you can get from a school is for their school uniforms, and using iron on transfers (you do need a heat press!)  makes it easy.   Most school logos are a left chest size print that can be printed on what is called a gang sheet–multiple images printed on the same sheet.    Depending on the size of the desired print, you can fit 12 images on just one sheet making the prints 25¢ each with just a 20 sheet order!   Add these to a polo shirt and you can see the instant profits.   Using custom transfers gives you a huge advantage because you can print these on demand so that neither you nor the school has any wasted, unused inventory.  Have the prints ready to go, stock blank shirts in the school color and press as needed-in just 4 seconds and their shirt is ready to wear.  Don’t forget physical education uniforms, too.  Names can be written directly on the plastisol transfer for identification.
