How to Order Small Screen Printed Transfer Numbers
Our stock number transfers come in 4″, 6″, 8″, and 10″ sizes. However, there are times that you need a number smaller than the 4″ size.
Do you need a small number to place in a clip art such as a baseball, or one to put on a sleeve, or even to place on a cap?
We have screen printed transfer numbers available in sizes as small as 1 inch.
To order small numbers, use our Express Names™ transfers and enter numerals instead of letters.
Enter a row of digits or the specific digits you need for your specific job. This makes it extremely easy to personalize team apparel, no matter how big or small the team is.
We offer 4 sizes of Express Names: 1″, 2″, 2.5″, and 3″ letter heights.
- If ordering 1” numbers, you can fit 8 in a row.
- At the 2” size, you can fit 12 digits.
- At the 2.5” size, you can fit 10 digits.
- At the 3” size, you can fit 8 digits.
These numbers are low cost, only about $2.00 for an entire row.
That means to personalize each player’s garment with small numbers, it will only cost you about $0.25- $0.50 extra, but you can charge your customer several dollars more per garment for the extra personalization.
Numbers are easy to apply with your heat press in just 4 seconds! To apply the transfer numbers, you can either peel them off the paper to position them, or you can cut the release paper and apply with the paper backing, peeling off the backing after pressing. Either will work.
