How to Build Gang Sheets
One of the biggest advantages of using custom transfers is the ability to build gang sheets. Build gang sheets with multiple images sold at a sheet price. Building a gang sheet is a money saving opportunity and allows you to get extra prints at no added cost.
Build the Gang Sheets
- Login to TransferExpress.com and choose the online designer. You will use this for both creating or uploading artwork.
- Next, choose a product using the what to use when chart. This sets the sheet size noted by the dotted line on screen.
- Screen Printed Gang Sheet sizes are 11.5 x 14 and Jumbo 12.5 x 17.5 inches.
- UltraColor Pro and Stretch Gang Sheet size is 11.5 x 18 inches.
- UltraColor Max DTF Gang Sheet size is 12 x 22 and 24 x 22 inches.
- Add or create your art on the artboard.
Size the Gang Sheets
- Size the image Add more images to the same sheet in the empty space shown using the Duplicate button (for the added of the same) or using the add button for different art. When building a screen-printed gang sheet, all the images should be the same color or colors. You can combine a white print with a 2-color red/white design and your sheet will be priced for 2 colors.
- Once all the space is filled, enter how many of that sheet set up is needed. Screen Printed transfers, UltraColor Pro and UltraColor Stretch all have a 6-sheet minimum, there is no minimum fo rUltraColor Max DTF
- Your quote appears on the screen.
- Finally, add to cart or save until you are ready to order
