Glow-In-The-Dark ink is a milky white in regular light but radiates phosphorous green after being energized and viewed in the dark. Perfect for when the lights start on but go off once the event starts. Glow-In-The-Dark ink is a plastisol screen printed ink transfer that can be applied to cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blends. It looks great, not only on caps, T-shirts, and sweatshirts, but tote bags, too!
