Creative T-Shirt Packaging Ideas to Elevate Your Brand

One way to stand out from the crowd in the apparel industry is with the use of creative t-shirt packaging.    Packaging enhances the customer experience.   Creative t-shirt packaging is one reason your shirts are the first off the shelf.

Functional T-Shirt Packaging

With this packaging idea the item is a desired item to the recipient.   Create a  Golf Bundle, use a golf shoe bag  to package a golf polo shirt and golf towel.     A goof proof transfer sheet could be used in all three but since this bag was the opposite color we used UltraColor Max to personalize the packaging.   This idea could be used for a golf team, a golf outing or at a resort.   The bundle packaging idea encourages the same customer buy more.

Creative Box Design

This is a creative way for a pizzeria to sell merch.     We printed the box with a design on the same gang sheet as the t-shirt, essentially making the box printing free.   A color change to give us both dark and light versions.  With a color change you get the price break of the total order quantity, lowering your per sheet price.

Themed T-Shirt Packaging

The planted t-shirt is a fun way to offer a gardening shirt.    Include seeds in the planter and your customer has the perfect combo gift.  Here we used a 2 color Goof Proof in avocado and white on a dark green t-shirt.

Fun Packaging

This packaging idea used Capri Sun style cooler bags to put in a fun in the sun drink message.   Use Goof Proof for your 1 color design and fold to fit in the drink bags.

Our second packaging idea will fill up your cup of coffee in the morning.   Amazon is your source for these inexpensive coffee roaster bags.   Print the shirt with Goof Proof, again on the same sheet as the shirt transfer using Goof Proof, screen printed transfers.    Pro Tip-be sure to keep the bag seal away from the heat!

Fit to be Tied

This packaging ties the shirt to the action—grilling.   Wrap the shirt like a piece of meat.    This is a perfect gift for Dad!

Carrying on with the meat theme, this packaging uses a meat tray for a workout shirt.    Add the shirt size to the label and you are ready to sell.   Purchase custom stickers  in Easy View, your online designer, using the same art you created for the t-shirt.
