Tips for Paying for Your Custom Transfers with a Credit Card

At Transfer Express, we have many acceptable payment options to use to pay for your custom transfer order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Debit card versions of these cards can be used too.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your credit card is not charged until the order ships. We have very fast turnaround, so this will be from same day to three working days depending on the type of order. When the order ships, your transfer orders and the shipping charge of the ship group will be charged and a shipment confirmation including tracking information is emailed to you. To prevent delays, please be sure your card has room for the charge.

What Happens When Your Credit Card is Declined

If your credit card does get declined, we will call you as soon as we realize the situation to see if you have a different card that we can use. If we reach you, we get the new card number, process the payment and ship. But if we are unable to reach you we hold the package one working day to try and get a valid payment method. If we still don’t hear from you, we will ship the package COD Money Order. The shipping carriers do charge a $13 fee to handle COD orders and this will be added to your invoice.

If your order is a Next Day Air shipment, we will send the order out COD Money Order that day since we know you needed that order without delay the next day.

Who To Call With A New Credit Card

If we do miss you when we call to get an alternative payment method, please call our credit department back as soon as you can. Our credit department is available from 8 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday thru Friday at 1-800-521-4393.

You can do that under settings at You will see the credit cards tab and can control the addition or deleting from there

I would like to take my personal credit card off the account so that others on the account won’t charge their items to my account.

Your email did not bring up an account but you can do this online at under settings. You can remove and add cards as desired.
