Get Help at the Resolution Center
We strive for perfection, but with thousands of custom transfer orders each day, and over 40 steps needed to complete each order, occasionally a misstep occurs. If your order is not to your satisfaction, visit the resolution center for help.
Where to Find the Resolution Center
The resolution center is in the upper right corner, after logging in at www.TransferExpress.com. The drop-down menu is next to your company name. To get started click Resolutions
What You Need to Enter
When you visit the resolution center you will be asked the following
- Order Number
- Resolution Type—Delivery (late or lost) or Quality
- Best description of situation from the list
- Desired Resolution-credit or replacement
- Best way to reach you-phone or email
- A description of what is wrong
- A photo
Then click the green create button
Now What Happens
We will contact you by the method you selected. You can also track what has happened by logging in and visiting the resolution center.
