How To Place A Custom Transfer Reorder Online
Frequently, the custom transfer orders you placed previously are needed again. We have made this aspect of your T-shirt business easy to manage and order. We keep your art files available for reorders for a minimum of two years from the date last ordered and have set up online ordering for reorders on screen printed transfers. Digital transfer artwork is also kept but these reorders do need to be placed by phone or email. Also, orders that need art changes need to be placed by phone rather than online, for example, date changes or any other updates to your plastisol transfer order.
To place a reorder for a screen printed transfer:
1. Login to www.TransferExpress.com
2. In the upper right corner of the home page, select My Account
3. From the drop down selections, choose past orders
4. All of your past orders in the past month will be seen with a picture and description; on the far right you will see the reorder button.
5. A month at a time is viewable at one time. To go back to older dates, use the previous month button.
6. Once you click the reorder button, the information from the old order will appear, as well as an area to fill in for the current order. You can just bring the information down from the original order or change the quantity or color. A color change can also be added.
7. Add to cart and submit your order.
