A Newbie’s Guide To Easy View

Ok t-shirt printers we are ready to get started and create our first custom t-shirt.   Are you ready?   Let’s start at the Easy View t-shirt designer, www.TransferExpress.com/designer.   This powerful designer is yours free, and really no art talent is needed.

Wow that looks overwhelming!   Not really, let’s go step-by-step.

Start with the Print Method

On the bottom left  let’s start with the print method.   This sets the size of the artboard (this is the printing area) and your color choices.

Screen Print vs Full Color

Use screen print if 1-2 spot colors

Use full color if 3 or more colors

Print Product Type

The descriptions of each will help.   The choice is narrowed down by the fabric.

For Screen printed transfers, If cotton or a poly/cotton blend choose Goof Proof or Hot Split.  Select Hot Split only if you have Hotronix or top of the line heat press equipment.   Goof Proof as the name implies will be the best choice for most since it is so easy to apply.

There are also specialty ink choices if you need those-glitter, pearl, puff, glow, foil and reflective.

Under Full Color your choices are UltraColor Max (quantity 1-20) or UltraColor Soft (quantity 20+) for cotton, poly and poly/cotton.  UltraColor Stretch is for Nylon, Lycra and Spandex.  And UltraColor Stretch with Blocker for sublimated apparel.

Start Designing

The hard work is out of the way, let’s start designing.   Start with one of the Add buttons on the left.   The choices are add text, add clip art of add layout.  Or upload your own art.    Have fun and try it on your own or use the playbook for more details.

Once you LOVE what you see, your instant quote is on screen, select next and add to cart!    Your first transfer order will arrive quickly!  Then let’s get pressing!
