Since Custom Ink and other large online stores have a two-week turnaround, delivering your order quickly is a goal we can help you accomplish. When placing a heat transfer order from Transfer Express, getting your order in by 11 am gives you the fastest turnaround possible. This allows us time to start working on your custom transfer order that same day, so you order ships one day sooner.
What is Zone 1 and 2
Because all products apart from a few, ship from both Ohio and Arizona, those on the west half of the United States have until 11 am PT to place the order and get the fastest schedule for their screen-printed transfer products.
Zone 1 customers have until 11 am PT to get the fastest service on all our screen-printed transfer products as well as UltraColor Pro, Soft and Stretch. Zone 1 Includes customers in Alaska, Arizona California Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico North Dakota Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
Our Zone 2 customers have until 11 am ET to optimize turnaround. Zone 2 includes Alabama, Arkansas Connecticut Delaware Georgia Illinois Indiana, Iowa Kentucky Louisiana Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Minnesota, Mississippi Missouri, North Carolina Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Jersey New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee Vermont Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
