We offer 3 standard plastisol ink formulas including our Goof Proof® transfers that are great for heat printing on 100% cotton and cotton poly blends. Or try our Hot Split transfers that rival the look and feel of direct screen printing. For decorating heat sensitive garments, our Polytrans transfers are a great option. Note: Polytrans transfers are made with the same ink, paper, and adhesive as Goof Proof transfers but are applied at a lower temperature of 340ºF for 8 to 10 seconds to help reduce dye migration and scorching.

Elasti Prints® are recommended for heat printing on performance wear due to the lower application temperature (300ºF) that reduces dye migration. Plus, Elasti Prints are made with an ink formulation that stretches and rebounds with the garment. Glitter transfers are popular for the customer wanting the flashy retro look and use our stock and custom Rhinestone transfers for bringing on the bling factor!

The new kid on the block is our Stretch Litho™ transfer system that is perfect for heat printing a wide variety of garment types with full color, high detailed graphics, while providing a soft hand feel. *Highly recommended!
