Team Builder Makes Variable Data Ordering Easy

The new Team Builder tool in Easy View, online designer is now available to make variable data ordering easy.     The Team Builder has been pre-loaded with some popular layouts to help you get started.   Or create your own design, add a name or number that changes with each print. and let the program do the hard work.   Your designs in Team Builder are printed in UltraColor Max, our popular direct to film transfer.

How To Order Variable Data Using Team Builder

1. You can start by using one of the layouts we have built into the system or by choosing and customizing your own layouts and clip art.
2. Open Team Builder from the left tool bar
3. To use one of the Team Builder layout’s choose layouts or use add layout/clip art from the left tool bar to choose any layout or art
4. If building your own art, select add name to create the template for your variable word
5. Set up your color or colors. You can add an outline or add a pattern.  The total price as well as the individual price is presented.
6. Select Add Players
7. Type your Name list in the format noted or upload a .txt file
8. Click the green Add Players button to load your list into the layout
9. Select Next on Bottom right
10. Review the visual presentation
11. Select continue to review details
12. Select print as is
13. Continue to Checkout
14. Place Your Order
