Growing Sales without Trying
By Jason Ziga, General Manager
OK, so not exactly without trying but very close. Acquiring new customers for your t-shirt business is difficult, expensive, and time consuming. There are a few ways to obtain additional sales using your current customer base. For example, maybe you provide screen printed tees for the local little league or recreation center. An idea would be to take a portable power generator and your heat press to the baseball field or recreation center and offer on demand personalization. Parents would love to have their child’s name on the back of their child’s shirt/jersey and you can offer using our peel and press letters. You can also take blank tees and offer personalization for the parents using the same letters and our stock numbers. What mom would like to have bling? All of them! Now you can offer using our stock rhinestone transfers.
These are just a few of the endless possibilities to grow your sales and customer base. The hard part is getting out of your comfort zone and trying something different. Be bold, be creative, and be original. Ask for the sale and explain what differentiates your business from the competition. But this is something you really do not need me to tell you, after all, you are an entrepreneur.
